After migrating to a new payment gateway, some members may show no Active Subscription in lieu of an Active Subscription actually existing. If you purchased a Lifetime pass, this won’t affect you because you are not being charged on a recurring basis. The same applies to schools that receive professional development passes and also are not charged on a recurring basis. For other customers, if you can access this page you obviously have access to the site. However, if you wish to make changes to your subscription–upgrade, pause, or cancel it, for example–and an Active Subscription isn’t showing, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form below and I’ll help you.
