Who are we, what do we do, and most importantly, how can we help you?
TeachThought is a small organization dedicated to sustainable innovation in education through the growth of innovative teachers.
TeachThought University is a cloud-based social learning platform for teachers. We help you make great teaching sustainable by making a range of resources available, from courses and learning models and frameworks, to research, instructional strategies, curricula, video coaching, in-person workshops, webinars, and more.
Conceptually through our digital library of short essays, learning frameworks, research and theory, teaching strategies, resource roundups, and more.
Practically through our teaching materials and the ability to request specific resources.
Immediately through our suggested reading lists of bite-size content and the ability to ask questions directly in our community.
Over time through our video coaching, online courses, video coaching, podcast, and in-person professional development.
Socially through our social media channels and the aforementioned TeachThought social learning community.
We are still in the early stages of both our social learning and course development having only launched both in January 2022.
For now, our first course, Introduction to Bloom’s Taxonomy, is available.
Our library is all of our digital content from TeachThought.com but ad-free and better organized. It also features research and learning theory, suggested reading lists with many new features on the way. You can join here.
We offer a small but growing collection of ready-for-the-classroom teaching materials. You can find those here.
